dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se realizó con el tema: Prácticas éticas y su importancia en el ejercicio profesional de las Secretarias Ejecutivas en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón San Francisco De Puebloviejo, la cual es una organización de índole Gubernamental para el desarrollo de este análisis se realizó el método deductivo porque permitió obtener conocimientos generales, a partir de un hecho en particular la misma que fue obtenida mediante una encuesta que ayudo a recopilar información relevante y necesaria, cuyo objetivo es establecer de qué manera incide las practicas éticas y su importancia en el ejercicio profesional de las secretarias ejecutivas los resultados obtenidos dieron como resultado que las practicas éticas es uno de los problemas que está afectando en el desarrollo de las actividades que realizas las secretarias y administradores del departamento de talento humano, puesto que a diario se convive con actividades y relaciones interpersonales con los usuarios, por ende se puede concluir que el rendimiento profesional es uno de los factores más importantes que todo empleado o secretario administrativo debe desarrollar con la debida eficiencia y eficacia dentro de su espacio laboral, ya que es de suma importancia para mantener organizacional adecuado y permita al personal establecer un dialogo con los clientes afectivo para que así tengan un buen ambiente laboral y así se pueda lograr u nivel de profesionalismo efectivo.es_ES
