| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se realizó con la temática de: la gestión secretarial y su influencia en la calidad de los procesos administrativos del departamento de dirección administrativa de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo; el cual es una entidad de índole gubernamental que se dedica a la enseñanza y formación siendo los estudiantes y maestros un elemento importante para dicha institución. Para el avance de este análisis se empleó el método deductivo, ya que este permite obtener los conocimientos de lo particular a lo general, mediante la aplicación de una encuesta que se realizó en el departamento el mismo que ayudo a recopilar información importante y necesaria sobre los procesos, como se realizan y cuál es la calidad aplicada a través de las habilidades que se pueden observar en cada uno de ellos, cuyo objetivo es analizar la influencia que tiene la gestión secretarial en la calidad de los mismos. Los resultados obtenidos en este estudio revelan que, el no dominar las destrezas de la gestión secretarial deja como consecuencia la no obtención de la calidad de los procesos administrativos de la institución lo cual da principios de desmotivación e inconformidad. | es_ES |
