dc.descriptionThis case study was executed based on the following research topic which is corporate communication and its impact on the administrative processes of the executive secretaries of the administrative department of the COOPROCLEM Cooperative in the province of Los Ríos; which is an organization dedicated to the marketing and export of bananas; In the development of this study the deductive method was used, which allowed to obtain relevant information starting from particular facts, in order to obtain knowledge about what was studied, by applying a survey that helped to collect relevant and necessary information, and reliable whose objective is determine the impact of corporate communication in administrative processes. The results obtained in this case study revealed that the lack of corporate communication directly affects administrative processes, so that this causes that there is no good organizational climate and therefore the activities proposed by the managers of the organization to achieve their objectives they are not carried out efficiently so it can be deduced that corporate communication is a fundamental tool in organizations because it is one that will help to have a good working relationship, so that it is effective at the time of having contact with the customer, and so the company can meet its goals.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se lo ejecuto en base al siguiente tema de investigación el cual es la comunicación corporativa y su incidencia en los procesos administrativos de las secretarias ejecutivas del departamento administrativo de la Cooperativa COOPROCLEM de la provincia de Los Ríos; la cual es una organización dedicada a la comercialización y exportación de banano; en el desarrollo de este estudio se utilizó el método deductivo, que permitió obtener información relevante partiendo desde hechos particulares, para así obtener conocimientos sobre lo estudiado, mediante la aplicación de una encuesta que ayudo a recopilar información relevante y necesaria, y fidedigna cuyo objetivo es determinar la incidencia que tiene la comunicación corporativa en los procesos administrativos. Los resultados que se obtuvieron en este estudio de caso dio a conocer que la falta de comunicación corporativa afecta directamente a los procesos administrativos, de modo que esto causa que no exista un buen clima organizacional y por ende las actividades planteadas por los directivos de la organización para alcanzar sus objetivos no se realicen eficientemente por lo que se puede deducir que la comunicación corporativa es un herramienta fundamental en las organizaciones porque es aquella que ayudara a que exista una buena relación laboral, para que sea efectiva al momento de tener contacto con el cliente, y así la empresa pueda cumplir sus metas.es_ES
