| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso esta focalizado en determinar el dominio de las herramientas tecnológicas secretarial y su aporte en el ejercicio profesional. El estudio fue llevado a cabo mediante la investigación descriptiva el cual permitió conocer las particularidades de las variables a investigar, y de este modo conocer las situaciones mediante la descripción del proceso a desarrollar. El instrumento que se aplicó fue la encuesta a 3 secretarios del Departamento de Secretaría General de la Gobernación de los Ríos. Las herramientas tecnológicas secretariales han obtenido nuevas transformaciones de gran impacto que con el paso de los años ha evolucionado de forma rápida, con el desarrollo de nuevas aplicaciones que ayuda a los secretarios y secretarias poder ejecutarlo en su ejercicio profesional, en vista que cada año esta se renueva con nuevos instrumentos tecnológicos y mecanismos que ofrece a este departamento ventajas como el dominio de la firmas de documentos electrónicos, utilizar Word y Excel actualizado y demás herramientas que permitan brindar una buena atención a la ciudadanía en general. | es_ES |
