dc.descriptionThe human being habitually makes different advances and innovations and it is through the investigation that allows to facilitate passage to different scopes and theories, the recent case study contributes to the training for the management of the central registry and laying these of value for the institutions that seek to preserve an efficiency management, the same ones contributing to the administrative course a way to develop and obtain a high disposition model. In this case study to be able to acquire the indispensable investigation that gave me results in the future, I used the survey to obtain measures to the projected problem and through the inductive methodology I was able to clearly gather what the problem is in this faculty, I have to mention that any development for this part of the institution obtains a well-being and an improvement and in addition to this also the administrative knowledge of the Faculty in the secretaries of the different careers. The administrative management of an establishment is not easy work, but it is the secretaries who contribute to the development of this institution to support this work task, one of the activities that is the attention to the public is one of the most important jobs that the secretary has Since it is the essential of every institution for development and progress, for proper discernment all faculties should have a way of working with the attention of the public since they show the good result of the activities done in their functions, all agility increases to the business management and therefore will succeed, we secretaries are responsible for appropriating all kinds of steps that occur in the offices with due formality thinking that we must give a high increase to our entity.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl ser humano habitualmente efectúa distintos progresos e innovaciones y es mediante la indagación que permite facilitar paso a diferentes alcances y teorías, el reciente estudio de caso contribuye a la formación para el manejo del registro central yaciendo estas de valor para las instituciones que buscan conservar una gerencia de eficacia, siendo las mismas quienes contribuyen al transcurso administrativo una forma de desarrollarse y de obtener un alto modelo de disposición. En este estudio de caso para poder adquirir la averiguación indispensable que a futuro me dio resultados, use la encuesta para obtener medidas a la problemática proyectada y por medio de la metodología inductiva me proporciono reunir claramente cuál es el problema que se tiene en este departamento, tengo que mencionar que todo desarrollo para esta parte de la institución se obtiene un bienestar en la mejora y adicionalmente a esto asimismo el conocimiento administrativo de la Facultad de las secretarias. La gestión administrativa de un establecimiento no es de trabajo fácil, pero son las secretarias quienes aportan al desarrollo de esta institución a soportar esta tarea laboral, unas de las actividades que es la atención al público es unos de los trabajos más importante que tiene la secretaria ya que es lo esencial de toda institución para el desarrollo y progreso, para discernimiento propio todas las facultades deberían tener una forma de trabajar con las atención al público ya que muestren el buen resultado de las actividad hecha en sus funciones, toda agilidad aumenta a la gestión empresarial y por ende se llegara al éxito, nosotros los secretarios somos los responsables de apropiarnos de toda clase de gestiones que sucedan en las oficinas con la debida formalidad pensando que debemos dar un alto incremento a nuestra entidad.es_ES
