dc.descriptionThe present case study was carried out with the theme: Labour pressure and its impact on the professional performance of the secretariats of the Department of General Secretariat of the Faculty of Legal, Social and Educational Sciences of the Technical University of Babahoyo; which is a public institution of higher education. For the development of this analysis was carried out using the deductive method because it allowed to obtain general knowledge, from a particular fact the same that was obtained through a survey that helped to collect relevant and necessary information, which aims to determine how pressure from work affects the professional performance of secretaries. The results obtained showed that labour pressure is one of the problems affecting the development of the activities carried out by the secretaries and administrators of the Department of General Secretary of the FCJSE, as it coexists daily with activities and interpersonal relationships with users, it can therefore be concluded that professional performance is one of the most important factors that every employee or administrative secretary must develop with due efficiency and effectiveness within their workplace, without any stressful activities that cause low performance and thus achieve an effective level of professionalism.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso fue realizado con el tema: Presión laboral y su incidencia en el Rendimiento Profesional de las Secretarias del Departamento de Secretaría General de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas, Sociales y de la Educación de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo; la cual es una institución pública de educación superior. Para el desarrollo de este análisis se realizó mediante el método deductivo porque permitió obtener conocimientos generales, a partir de un hecho en particular la misma que fue obtenida mediante una encuesta que ayudó a recopilar información relevante y necesaria, cuyo objetivo es determinar de qué manera incide la presión laboral en el rendimiento profesional de las secretarias. Los resultados obtenidos dieron como resultado que la presión laboral es uno de los problemas que están afectando el desarrollo de las actividades que realizan las secretarias y administradores del Departamento de Secretaría General de la FCJSE, puesto que a diario se convive con actividades y relaciones interpersonales con los usuarios, por ende se puede concluir que el rendimiento profesional es uno de los factores más importantes que todo empleado o secretaria administrativa debe desarrollar con la debida eficiencia y eficacia dentro de su espacio laboral, sin ningún tipo de actividades estresantes que provoquen el bajo rendimiento y así lograr un nivel de profesionalismo efectivo.es_ES
