| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se realizó con el tema: imagen de la secretaria y su aporte en las relaciones públicas en las autoridades del Departamento de Secretaría General del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de la Isla de Bejucal, el cual es una institución de índole gubernamental para el desarrollo de este análisis se utilizó el método deductivo porque permitió obtener conocimientos generales a partir de hechos particulares, mediante la aplicación de una encuesta que ayudo a recopilar información importante y necesidades cuyo objetivo es determinar la incidencia que tiene la imagen de la secretaria y su aporte en las relaciones públicas. Los resultados obtenidos en este estudio manifiestan que la mala imagen de la secretaria afecta el ambiente institucional lo cual causa desmotivación e inconformidad, razón por la cual los procesos administrativos no se cumplen a cabalidad puesto que en entorno profesional fortalecer las relaciones tanto en las autoridades y usuarios y mantener un ambiente organizacional adecuado y permite a los trabajadores establecer una comunicación efectiva, por ende se puede concluir que la imagen de la institución esencial sobre el cual se basa toda actividad que se realiza dentro y fuera de la organización dado que el buen funcionamiento de esta se realiza en mayor parte la eficacia y eficiencia con la que los trabajadores desarrollen alguna actividad. | es_ES |
