| dc.description | In this case study, the objective is to describe the emotional affectations in a person deprived of liberty with HIV, at the Babahoyo Penitentiary Center in 2020. This took place in 5 sessions, each one lasting 45 to 60 minutes. including medical history and psychological tests in which the patient collaborated. Having results that I identify an aspect of anxiety and personality disorders according to the tests Diagnosis based on the CIE1-10 gave Personality and Behavioral Disorder of the Adult F60-F69 and Diagnosis based on the DSM-V resulted in F60- 3 Borderline Personality Disorder [301.83]. Therefore, it was concluded according to the behavioral aspects of the patient, showing the need for therapeutic treatment to improve his emotional state in the face of the situation he suffers from and, therefore, to improve his lifestyle somewhat. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En este estudio de caso tiene como objetivo describir las afectaciones emocionales en una persona privada de libertad con VIH, en el Centro Penitenciario de Babahoyo en el año 2020. Este se desarrolló en 5 sesiones las cuales cada una tomo una duración de 45 a 60 minutos incluyendo historia clínica y pruebas psicológicas en las que paciente colaboró. Teniendo resultados que identifico un aspecto de ansiedad y trastornos de personalidad de acuerdo a las pruebas Diagnostico en base al CIE1-10 dio Trastorno de la Personalidad y del Comportamiento del Adulto F60-F69 y Diagnostico en base al DSM- V dio como resultado F60-3 Trastorno de Personalidad Límite [301.83]. Por lo que se concluyó según los aspectos conductuales del paciente muestra la necesidad de un tratamiento terapéutico para mejorar su estado emocional ante la situación que padece y por ende mejorar en cierta forma su estilo de vida. | es_ES |
