Estrés agudo y su influencia en un paciente que padece insuficiencia renal

| dc.description | The present case study has as its theme “acute stress and its influence on a patient suffering from renal insufficiency” with the aim of establishing the factors that lead to acute stress in a patient undergoing hemodialysis treatment, in the same way it is investigated in the different influences that this disease has on the patient and also the way in which it affects these in his life since through psychological evaluations he intends to help improve his quality of life. The reference that was obtained for the content of this study was applied by means of psychological tests and tools that consist of: interviews, clinical histories, observation, Hamilton's anxiety scale tests and Davidson's trauma scale which were fundamentally based for the stated purpose. Favorable results were obtained, since with the scientific contributions of the authors they were very helpful in establishing each influential factor in a patient with renal insufficiency. Similarly, at the conclusion of this study of this case by means of the applied psychological techniques I lead to the diagnosis identifying that it presents a moderate acute stress, where the patient presents recurrent negative thoughts affecting his quality of life, whether mental or physical. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tiene como tema “estrés agudo y su influencia en un paciente que padece insuficiencia renal” con el objetivo de establecer los factores que conllevan a padecer estrés agudo en un paciente que hace tratamiento de hemodiálisis, de la misma manera se indaga en las diferentes influencias que tiene esta enfermedad en el paciente y así mismo la manera en cómo afecta estas en su vida, ya que mediante evaluaciones psicológicas se pretender ayudar a mejorar su calidad de vida. La referencia que se obtuvo para el contenido de este estudio fueron aplicados mediante pruebas y herramientas psicológicas que constan de: entrevistas, historias clínicas, la observación, los test de escala de ansiedad de Hamilton y escala de trauma de Davidson la cuales fueron de base fundamental para el objetivo planteado. Se obtuvieron resultados favorables, ya que con los aportes científicos de los autores fueron de gran ayuda para establecer cada factor influyente en un paciente con insuficiencia renal. De igual forma, en la conclusión de este estudio de este caso por medio de las técnicas psicológicas aplicadas conllevo al diagnóstico identificando que presenta un estrés agudo moderado, donde el paciente presenta pensamientos negativos recurrentes afectando su calidad de vida ya sea mental o física. | es_ES |
