| dc.description.abstract | Este presente estudio de caso, en donde se investigó la conducta oposicionista desafiante y su influencia entre pares en el cual se notó que las conductas negativas demostradas con el paciente influye en su relación con sus pares, donde esto le impide realzar las actividades cotidianas dentro de la escuela, debido a su forma desafiante, importuna, no adecuada socialmente contra las figuras de autoridad dentro de la comunicad educativa, mediante la entrevista clínica, se pudo constatar que por que en su ambiente familiar ve diferente maltratos, desde ahí adquirió estas conductas desafiantes. Esta paciente presento los criterios para el diagnóstico según el DSM-V, para el trastorno negativista desafiante, por la observación de las conductas de sus padres en su casa, donde se manifiesta maltrato, físico y psicológico y esto desplazándolo a la escuela con sus compañeros y profesores, se brinda una psicoterapia para disminuir estas conductas y pensamientos también se establecieron metas acordes a la problemática del paciente para un buen pronóstico. | es_ES |
