| dc.description | This case study has as its subject MANAGEMENT OF THE PROCESSES OF ACQUISITION OF GOODS AND SERVICES IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, the same that was developed in the Fire Department of the city of Babahoyo, is a public institution attached to the Municipality of the canton, the issue arises as a consequence of the mismanagement of public companies in the process of acquiring goods and services that are of vital importance for satisfying the needs of citizens in general. The applicable legal regulations of public contracting in Ecuador were analyzed, the application of essential plans for the fulfillment of strategic objectives in public sector entities, and the existing problems that contribute to processes being delayed in the institution under study. The correct application of the Annual Recruitment Plan in the Fire Department of the City of Babahoyo is proposed, as well as the achievement of the planning phases so that the contracts are carried out according to certain programs where the institution is located. paid for these essential goods and services for its workers and the population. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tiene como tema GESTIÓN DE LOS PROCESOS DE ADQUISICIÓN DE BIENES Y SERVICIOS EN EL CUERPO DE BOMBEROS, el mismo que se desarrolló en el Cuerpo de Bomberos de la cuidad de Babahoyo ,es una institución pública anexa al Municipio del cantón , el tema surge como consecuencia de la mala administración de las empresas públicas en el proceso de adquisición de bienes y servicios que son de vital importancia para la satisfacción de las necesidades de la ciudadanía en general. Se analizo la normativa legal aplicable de la contratación pública en el Ecuador, la aplicación de los planes esenciales para el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos en las entidades del sector público, además se determinaron las problemáticas existentes que coadyuvan a que los procesos se retrasen en la institución objeto de estudio. Se propone la correcta aplicación del Plan Anual de Contratación en el Cuerpo de Bomberos de la Cuidad de Babahoyo, así como la consecución de las fases de la planificación con el fin de que los contratos se efectúen de acuero a programas determinados donde la institución se encuentre solventada de estos bienes y servicios indispensables para los trabajadores de la misma y la población. | es_ES |
