dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tiene como tema: familia disfuncional y el impacto psicosocial en un adolescente y como objetivo, identificar cómo influye una familia disfuncional y que impacto psicosocial tiene en un adolescente de 14 años, según la relación de las variables se determinaron criterios de diagnóstico, el impacto psicosocial y se estableció la intervención psicoterapéutica, en las que se utilizaron técnicas e instrumentos como: historia clínica, observación clínica, técnicas psicométricas como la prueba de percepción del funcionamiento familiar (FF-SIL) y el inventario SCL-90-R. La adolescente presenta criterios para el diagnóstico de trastorno de adaptación (F43.2), existiendo relación entre la disfuncionalidad familiar en la que vive y su bienestar psicosocial, viéndose afectada en su estado de ánimo, relaciones interpersonales, desesperanza, estrés por factores familiares y por lo cual se realizó la intervención psicoterapéutica bajo el modelo de terapia sistémica.es_ES
