The case is developed from the arrival of a patient referred by the psychologist of the Department of Student Counseling (DECE) of an Educational Unit, for presenting sadness, focusing without encouragement to do something, also presents a chronic disease which is considered code blue (HIV); for that, the pertinent psychological evaluation and the scientific and theoretical study of the variables were carried out. In addition to the collection of information, techniques such as medical history, interview and psychometric tests were used, which allowed the case to progress, a structural diagnosis was reached which helped to establish a personalized therapeutic scheme with structural goals to meet and In this way, the symptomatology presented by the intervened person is reduced, which presents a major depressive condition.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio de caso pretende Establecer la influencia que tienen las relaciones familiares en la depresión de una niña con VIH. El caso se desarrolla a partir de la llegada de una paciente remitida por la psicóloga del Departamento de Consejería Estudiantil (DECE) de una Unidad Educativa, por presentar tristeza, sin ánimos de hacer algo, además presenta una enfermedad crónica la que es considerada código azul (VIH); para aquello se efectuó la evaluación psicológica pertinente y así mismo el estudio científica y teórica de las variables. Además para la recolección de información se usaron, técnicas como historia clínica, entrevista y pruebas psicométricas, lo cual permitió que el caso progrese, se llegó a un diagnóstico estructural el mismo que ayudó puedo establecer un esquema terapéutico personalizado con metas estructurales a cumplir y de este modo disminuir la sintomatología presentada por la persona intervenida la misma que presenta un cuadro depresivo mayor.es_ES
