dc.descriptionThe maladaptive behaviors, are a set of types of behaviors that do not respect the social norms established by the educational institution, in addition this is considered as physical, emotional and behavioral manifestations in the adolescent, the current clinical case was performed in the educational unit Emigdio Esparza Moreno of Canton Babahoyo of the province of Los Ríos it has bibliographies that are reflected from different perspectives of several authors. This is a very special case in a 12-year-old boy in which 3 work sessions were held and the technique of cognitive restructuring was applied, since his maladaptive behavior is caused by a family problem where he talks with the adolescent so that he can understand each one of the situations in which his parents were and therefore make a better decision in which this boy could understand and the behavior change could be verified and his academic performance improved.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas conductas desafiantes, son un conjunto de tipos de comportamientos que no respetan las normas sociales establecidas por la institución educativa, además ésta se considera como manifestaciones físicas, emocionales y conductuales en el adolescente las realiza, el actual caso clínico se realizó en la unidad educativa Emigdio Esparza Moreno del Cantón Babahoyo de la provincia de Los Ríos la misma que cuenta con bibliografías que están plasmadas desde diferentes perspectivas de varios autores. Este es un caso muy especial en un joven de 12 años en la cual se mantuvo 3 sesiones de trabajo y se le aplicó la técnica de la reestructuración cognitiva, ya que sus conductas desafiantes son producidas por un problema familiar en donde se diálogo con el adolescente para que pueda entender cada una de las situaciones en la que estaban sus padres y por ende tomar una mejor decisión en donde este chico pudo comprender y se pudo constatar el cambio de conducta y mejoró su rendimiento académico.es_ES
