A mental disorder was not determined in the course of the evaluation, on the other hand, factors that influence health status and contact with health services within the classification of mental and behavioral disorders CIE10 were highlighted, to support this Diagnosis were used psychometric instruments such as: Family APGAR and ESFA. In addition, a paranormative crisis was found within the diagnosis of family structure, which was the mother's hysterectomy, which had an impact on the rupture of family homeostasis, temporarily disregarding the fulfillment of parental roles | es_ES |
