| dc.description | The performance of the workers at present is one of the factors that the companies have more present at the moment of realizing any objective that involves efficiency and effectiveness. At the Hacienda Bananera Santa María, it does not have human resources planning that allows workers to feel more comfortable in an adequate work environment and with the necessary motivations to perform at their best. To develop this case study, a qualitative methodology was used to collect information in the analysis unit Hacienda Bananera Santa María. In the development of this work, the problems that arise in the hacienda are detailed and what actions have been taken before the investigation was carried out. The conclusions at the end of the work allow us to give a perspective of what all the problems found cause in the hacienda. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El desempeño de los trabajadores en la actualidad es uno de los factores que las empresas tienen más presentes al momento de realizar cualquier objetivo que involucre eficiencia y eficacia. En la Hacienda Bananera Santa María no cuenta con una planificación de recursos humanos que permita a los trabajadores sentirse más cómodos en un ambiente de trabajo adecuado y con las motivaciones necesarias para poder rendir al máximo. Para desarrollar este caso de estudio se utilizó una metodología cualitativa que permitió recabar información en la unidad de análisis Hacienda Bananera Santa María. En el desarrollo del presente trabajo se detallan los problemas que se presentan en la hacienda y que acciones se han tomado hasta antes de realizar la investigación. Las conclusiones al final del trabajo permiten dar una perspectiva de lo que todos los problemas encontrados provocan en la hacienda. | es_ES |
