dc.descriptionThis investigation was carried out at the National Telecommunications Corporation of the city of Babahoyo, it is a company that offers internet, television, fixed and mobile telephony services with prepaid-postpaid plans according to the client's need. Interdepartmental labor relations are not adequate, which generates conflicts, poor communication, delays in tasks and dismissals, negative factors that influence the development of department functions and the achievement of institutional objectives; for this reason, the objective of the case study is to determine internal factors related to the organizational culture that affect human relationships. The research methodology is made up of the type of descriptive research, together with the inductive method because it detects particular situations detected, and the survey technique is implemented, using a questionnaire to collect information. The results show that labor relations are impaired by the weak organizational culture of the members of the company, inadequate management of the company's departments, because they do not execute the functions as stipulated by the entity and the poor internal communication between the departments deteriorates. labor relations to such an extent that organizational processes are delayed.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se efectuó en la Corporación Nacional de Telecomunicaciones de la ciudad de Babahoyo, es una compañía que ofrece servicios de internet, televisión, telefonía fija y móvil con planes prepago -pospago de acuerdo a la necesidad del cliente. Las relaciones laborales interdepartamentales no son adecuadas, lo que genera conflictos, deficiente comunicación, demoras en las tareas y despidos, factores negativos que influyen en el desarrollo de las funciones de los departamentos y en logro de objetivos institucionales; por tal razón, el objetivo del caso de estudio es determinar factores internos relacionados a la cultura organizacional que inciden en las relaciones humanas. La metodología de investigación está compuesta por el tipo de investigación descriptiva, en conjunto al método inductivo porque se analiza situaciones particulares detectadas, además se implementa la técnica de la encuesta, mediante un cuestionario para la recolección información. Los resultados demuestran que las relaciones laborales están deterioradas por la débil cultura organizacional que tienen los miembros de la empresa, inadecuada gestión de los departamentos de la empresa, porque no ejecutan las funciones según estipula la entidad y la deficiente comunicación interna existente entre los departamentos deterioran las relaciones laborales, a tal punto, que los procesos organizacionales se retrasan.es_ES
