dc.description | The case study is developed in the Department of Marketing and Innovation of the MAGAP of the Babahoyo canton; The central analysis variable is the labor responsibility of the collaborators who carry out their activities in this department. The central problem has to do with aspects such as: the non-implementation of technical parameters in the delivery of activity reports, lack of internal control of the activities carried out and the existence of producers dissatisfied with the management performed by public servants. The objective of the research is to analyze the labor responsibility of those who make up the department to make a diagnosis of the main factors involved in the lack of effectiveness in the activities performed. For the collection of relevant information, the research technique called survey, one applied to collaborators and another to local producers, has been used. The results show that there is a lack of effectiveness in terms of the labor responsibility of the staff and consequently the dissatisfaction of the users is reflected. The research paper concludes by mentioning that human talent does not adequately fulfill the mission of the marketing department. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El caso de estudio se desarrolla en el Departamento de Comercialización e Innovación del MAGAP del cantón Babahoyo; la variable central de análisis es la responsabilidad laboral de los colaboradores que realizan sus actividades en este departamento. La problemática central tiene que ver con aspectos tales como: la no implementación de parámetros técnicos en la entrega de reportes de actividades, falta de control interno de las actividades realizadas y la existencia de productores insatisfechos por la gestión realizada por los servidores públicos. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la responsabilidad laboral de quienes conforman el departamento para realizar un diagnóstico de los principales factores intervinientes en la falta de eficacia en las actividades desempeñadas. Para la recolección de la información pertinente se ha empleado la técnica de investigación denominada encuesta, una aplicada a los colaboradores y otra a los productores locales. Los resultados evidencian que existe falta de efectividad en cuanto a la responsabilidad laboral del personal y en consecuencia se refleja insatisfacción de los usuarios. El trabajo investigativo concluye mencionando que el talento humano no cumple de forma adecuada la misión que tiene el departamento de comercialización. | es_ES |
