dc.description | Currently companies seek productivity and efficiency of their collaborators in order to achieve stated objectives more easily. It is worth mentioning that a motivation is defined as the action of stimulating employees in order to achieve better performance within the company. Comercial Escobar presents a deficit in the motivation of its work team, because they are not rewarded for their work. It is important that there is work motivation in this workplace, since this would keep staff with a high competitive level, being motivated is important both for the person who performs their work and for the company, this will allow obtaining better levels of performance, productivity, efficiency and creativity, especially responsibility and commitment on the part of Comercial Escobar employees. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad las empresas buscan productividad y eficiencia de sus colaboradores para de esa manera lograr objetivos planteados con mayor facilidad. Cabe mencionar que una motivación se define como la acción de estimular a los colaboradores con el propósito de que obtengan un mejor rendimiento dentro de la empresa. El Comercial Escobar presenta un déficit en la motivación de su equipo de trabajo, debido a que ellos no son recompensados por sus labores realizadas. Es importante que exista la motivación laboral en esté lugar de trabajo, dado que a través de esta se mantendría al personal con un alto nivel competitivo, estar motivado es importante tanto para la persona que ejecuta su labor como para la empresa, esto permitirá obtener mejores niveles de desempeño, productividad, eficiencia y creatividad, sobre todo responsabilidad y compromiso por parte de los colaboradores del Comercial Escobar. | es_ES |
