dc.descriptionSales management in companies is important as it allows the efforts of employees to be oriented towards achieving business objectives, the research is aimed at detecting the problems that arise in Comercializadora Godoy Ruiz SA, for which reason a methodology was used of qualitative research with which it was possible to observe the factors that affect the company. Among the conclusions, it can be seen that training, sales standards, planning, motivation, and customer service are among the main factors detailed in the development of the case. The surveys that were applied allowed to have support for the conclusions that were reached in the study.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa gestión de ventas en las empresas es importante ya permite orientar los esfuerzos de los empleados hacia la consecución de los objetivos empresariales, la investigación está encaminada a detectar los problemas que se presentan en la Comercializadora Godoy Ruiz S.A., para tal motivo se utilizó una metodología de investigación de tipo cualitativa con la cual se pudo observar los factores que afectan a la empresa. Dentro de las conclusiones se puede observar que la capacitación, los estándares de ventas, la planificación, la motivación, la atención al cliente se encuentra entre los principales factores que se detallan en el desarrollo del caso. Las encuestas que se aplicaron permitieron tener un respaldo a las conclusiones que se llegaron en el estudioes_ES
