dc.descriptionThe present investigation is focused on "Analysis of the gastronomic offer in the city of Babahoyo, to the proposal of a plan of improvement", taking a fundamental contribution to the development of tourism and in this way to rescue and valuing the importance that gives us each one of the typical dishes in the canton Babahoyo province of rivers. The improvement plan has as main objective to promote the development of tourism gastronomy in the city and Babahoyo, in addition to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction which would generate greater amount of tourists and people who live in the same canton, benefiting the population in general, creating more places of employment for farmers and fishermen that sells its products typical of the area who are responsible for the development and preparation of the food ancestral. With this study was married to benefit particularly to the restaurants of the city of Babahoyo you will have the opportunity to have a greater influx of visitors, as they think in distracted and taste the typical cuisine and much more because it is represented by its culture, traditions and knowledge ancestral in the city, achieving dissemination at the national level and because non-international.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación va enfocada al “Análisis de la oferta gastronómica en la ciudad de Babahoyo, para la propuesta de un plan de mejora”, teniendo un aporte fundamental para el desarrollo del turismo y de esta forma rescatar y valorizar la importancia que nos brinda cada uno de los platos típicos en el cantón Babahoyo provincia de Los Ríos. El plan de mejora tiene como objetivo principal fomentar el desarrollo turístico gastronómico en la ciudad de Babahoyo, además mantener niveles altos de satisfacción de los clientes lo cual generaría mayor cantidad de turistas y de personas que habitan en el mismo cantón, beneficiando a la población en general, creando más plazas de empleo a los agricultores y pescadores que vende sus productos propios de la zona quienes están encargados de la elaboración y preparación de la comida ancestral. Con este estudio se casó se beneficiará especialmente a los restaurantes de la ciudad de Babahoyo que tendrá la oportunidad de tener mayor afluencia de visitantes, ya que ellos piensan en distraerse y degustar la gastronomía típica y mucho más porque está representada por su cultura, tradiciones y saberes ancestrales de la ciudad, logrando difundir a nivel nacional y porque no internacional.es_ES
