dc.descriptionThe purpose of this case study is to see the factors that affect the development of collection management in the commercial Marcelina that is dedicated to the sale of articles of white goods, such as; refrigerators, televisions, kitchens, washing machines, fans, split inverts, blenders, irons, motorcycles, duvets, among others. which has been identified as having problems in collection management affecting profitability as a consequence of lacking strategies that help the organization improve the financial part. The results obtained in the company were unfavorable since there is a high delinquency rate in accounts receivable, as well as the lack of a collection department making it impossible to recover past-due portfolios of the company. In another aspect, it was evident that the owner does not charge interest for delayed payments by customers, this leads to a decline in the company's profits.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso tiene como finalidad ver los factores que afectan al desarrollo de la gestión de cobro en la comercial Marcelina que se dedica a la venta de artículos de artículos de línea blanca, tales como; refrigeradoras, televisores, cocinas, lavadoras, ventilador, split invertir, licuadoras, planchas, motos, edredones, entre otros. el cual se ha identificado que tiene problemas en la gestión de cobranzas afectando la rentabilidad como consecuencias de carecer estrategias que ayuden a la organización a mejorar la parte la parte financiera. Los resultados obtenidos en la empresa fueron desfavorables ya que existe un alto índice de morosidad en las cuentas por cobrar, asi mismo la falta de un departamento de cobranzas imposibilita la recuperación de carteras vencidas de la empresa. En otro aspecto, se evidencio que la propietaria no cobra interés por retrasos de los pagos por parte de los clientes, esto conlleva a un declive de los beneficios de la compañía.es_ES
