dc.description	This research paper is based on the comparative analysis of the cultural programmes of the "Libre y Fluminense" radios of the city of Babahoyo, with the aim of spreading the importance of cultural programs in the programming of radios aquemservices. For the elaboration of the research work, the description approach is used, with theoretical or bibliographic data, field visits with a methodology with interviews with interviews with the Executive Director of Radio Fluminense Lissette Miketta – Von Lippke and the Ing. Yolimar Cabrera Gómez Productora and in charge of the commercialization of Radio Libre wanted to know more about the programs that broadcast both in their content, duration and schedule. Throughout this comparative analysis it can be seen that there is a noticeable difference between the content of programs highlighted in the research. These radio stations are very important which have become a communication system that uses the vast majority of people and thanks to the way the internet is here they joined to create their own websites with live programs where there is a greater interaction with their olees, one of the advantages is that they are more accessible to be able to listen to at any time.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación se basa en el análisis comparativo de los programas culturales de las radios “Libre y Fluminense” de la ciudad de Babahoyo, con el objetivo de difundir la importancia de los programas culturales en la programación de las radios mencionadas. Para la elaboración del trabajo de investigación se utilizó el enfoque descriptivo, con datos teóricos o bibliográficos, visitas de campo con una metodología cualitativa con entrevistas a la Directora Ejecutiva de Radio Fluminense Lissette Miketta – Von Lippke y a la Ing. Yolimar Cabrera Gómez Productora y encargada de la comercialización de Radio Libre lo que permitió conocer más acerca de los programas que emiten tanto en su contenido, duración y horario. A lo largo de este análisis comparativo se puede comprobar que existe una diferencia notable entre el contenido de estos programas mencionados en la investigación. Estas emisoras de radio son muy importantes las cuales se han convertido en un sistema comunicativo que utiliza la gran mayoría de personas y gracias a que llegó el internet estás se sumaron a crear sus propias páginas web con programas en vivo donde existe una mayor interacción con sus oyentes, una de las ventajas es que son más accesibles para poderlas escuchar en cualquier momento.	es_ES
