dc.description	The following clinical case is based on a 61-year-old male patient, is a taxi driver, with a history of Obesity, within the family pathological background, father suffered from pressure; Patient goes to a doctor's office for presenting a clinical picture of dizziness, blurred vision, headache, imbalance, nosebleeds and low back pain, with fear of suffering from hypertension, because his father died of this disease. The treating doctor for the common signs that the patient presents, sends him to take his blood pressure every day for a week; The Comprehensive Nutritional Assessment was carried out and is determined by BMI Grade I obesity with moderate cardiovascular risk; The biochemical tests were performed and their results reflected, hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolemia, after obtaining all the data of the patient is diagnosed with Arterial Hypertension. An individualized nutritional plan is made that covers the patient's caloric requirement, the type of diet that should be taken will be the DASH diet, will be divided into 4 meals a day, this diet is based on being rich potassium, rich in fruits and vegetables, Low in sodium, high in fiber, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which will normalize the patient's blood pressure. Through the follow-up and monitoring of the patient, considerable weight loss was obtained and their biochemical tests varied favorably and their blood pressure decreased, thus reducing other complications in the patient.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El siguiente caso clínico está basado en un paciente masculino de 61 años de edad, es taxista, con antecedentes de Obesidad, dentro de los antecedentes patológicos familiares, padre sufría de la presión; Paciente acude a consulta médica, por presentar un cuadro clínico de mareo, visión borrosa, cefalea, desequilibrio, sangrado nasal y dolor lumbar, con temor de padecer de Hipertensión, debido a que su padre falleció de esta enfermedad. El médico tratante por los signos comunes que presenta el paciente, le envía a tomarse la tensión arterial todos los días por una semana; Se procede a realizar la valoración integral nutricional y se determina mediante IMC Obesidad grado I con riesgo cardiovascular moderado; Se le realiza los exámenes bioquímicos y sus resultados reflejaron, hipertrigliceridemia, hipercolesterolemia, luego de obtener todos los datos del paciente es diagnosticado con Hipertensión Arterial. Se realiza un Plan Nutricional individualizado que cubra con el requerimiento calórico del paciente, el tipo de dieta que deberá llevar será la dieta DASH, será fraccionada en 4 comidas al día, esta alimentación se basa por ser rica potasio, rica en frutas y verduras, baja en sodio, alta en fibra, grasas monoinsaturada y poliinsaturada lo cual van a normalizar la presión arterial del paciente. Mediante el seguimiento y monitoreo que se realizó al paciente, se obtuvo un porcentaje de perdida de peso de 9.4% que representa 2.8kg, y sus exámenes bioquímicos variaron de manera favorable y su presión arterial disminuyo, reduciendo así otras complicaciones en el paciente.	es_ES
