dc.description	The present work of investigation must as objective establish as the learning techniques affect the Reading comprehension of the English language in the students of ninth year of basic, of the Educative Unit Ab. Jaime Roldos Aguilera. This work is of exploratory, descriptive and explanatory type. The censal sample was of 76 students, of who the information through a questionnaire took shelter, the data obtained through this instrument was analyzed and tabulated. Like conclusion, the obtained results allow to affirm that the techniques of learning in the Reading comprehension of the English language are related significantly. Considering the analysis of the results and after application of the pertinent tests it was possible to be analyzed that the application of the techniques of learning in the Reading comprehension of the English language produced positive results in the group to which the intervention was implemented to him, due to the obtained improvement, demonstrating in each one of the levels of reading understanding. With the results of this investigation it is contributed to the development of the ability of comprehensive reading in English and to the improvement of the indices of the same one in the examinations of long-term control and for future promotions of students. Of equal way the results of this investigation will reorient the techniques of learning until now used to develop the ability of comprehensive reading in English in the scholastic population in the mentioned institution	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo establecer como inciden las técnicas de aprendizaje en el Reading comprehension del idioma inglés en los estudiantes de noveno año de básico paralelo “A y B”, de la Unidad Educativa Ab. Jaime Roldós Aguilera. Este trabajo es de tipo exploratorio, descriptivo y explicativo. La muestra censal fue de 76 estudiantes, de los cuales se recogió la información a través de un cuestionario, La información obtenida a través de este instrumento fue analizada y tabulada. Como conclusión, los resultados obtenidos permiten afirmar que las técnicas de aprendizaje en el Reading comprehension del idioma inglés se relacionan significativamente. Teniendo en cuenta el análisis de los resultados y luego de la aplicación de las pruebas pertinentes se pudo analizar que la aplicación de las técnicas de aprendizaje en el Reading comprehension del idioma inglés produjo resultados positivos en el grupo al cual se le implementó la intervención, debido al mejoramiento obtenido, evidenciando en cada uno de los niveles de comprensión lectora. Con los resultados de esta investigación se contribuye al desarrollo de la habilidad de lectura comprensiva en inglés y al mejoramiento de los índices de la misma en los exámenes de control a largo plazo y para futuras promociones de estudiantes. De igual manera los resultados de esta investigación reorientarán las técnicas de aprendizaje hasta ahora utilizadas para desarrollar la habilidad de lectura comprensiva en ingles en la población escolar en la mencionada institución	es_ES
