dc.description	The community tourism and the influx of tourists in the Cachari hill has the purpose of contributing through the case study with information that allows implementing an innovative proposal for the tourist development of the Cachari hill since the place has various natural attractions, in addition to being considered emblem of the city for the stories, myths, legends and mysteries that the place brings. Community tourism contributes with natural resources that the area possesses and intercultural coexistence with the beliefs, customs, traditions and knowledge of the community. The combination of these variables leads to the development of tourist activities that serve as tourist’s enjoyment, satisfying their needs, making them live an unforgettable experience. This case study is about the importance of community tourism and the influx of tourists in the Cachari hill located in the Babahoyo Canton. To justify this issue, Community Tourism will be conceptually defined. Then, in the theoretical support, an independent and dependent analysis of the variables that reinforce the reason for this case study will be carried out; then the tourist activities are analyzed both from a territorial perspective and from the traditional analysis of supply and demand, and finally, the results obtained from the first case study of community tourism and intercultural coexistence that has been launched in this area will be presented	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El turismo comunitario y la afluencia de turista en el cerro Cachari tiene como finalidad aportar a través del caso de estudio con información que permita implementar una propuesta innovadora para el desarrollo turístico del cerro Cachari ya que el lugar tiene diversos atractivos naturales, además de ser considerado emblema de la ciudad por las historias, mitos, leyendas y misterios que aporta el lugar. El turismo comunitario aporta con recursos naturales que poseen la zona y la convivencia intercultural con las creencias, costumbres, tradiciones y saberes de la comunidad. La combinación de estas variables lleva al desarrollo de actividades turísticas que sirvan como disfrute de los turistas, satisfaciendo sus necesidades, haciéndole vivir una experiencia inolvidable. El presente estudio de caso se trata sobre la importancia del turismo comunitario y la afluencia de turistas en el cerro Cachari ubicada en el Cantón Babahoyo. Para justificar este tema se definirá conceptualmente el Turismo Comunitario. Después en el sustento teórico se va a realizar un análisis de las variables independiente y dependiente que refuerzan el motivo de dicho estudio de caso; seguidamente se analizan las actividades turísticas tanto desde una perspectiva territorial como desde el tradicional análisis de oferta y demanda, y por último, se expondrá los resultados obtenidos del primer estudio de caso de turismo comunitario y convivencia intercultural que se ha puesto en marcha en esta zona.	es_ES
