dc.description	Marimba practice as a tourist attraction in the Esmeraldas canton, Esmeraldas province, is the need to identify the lack of value of the traditions and customs of the black race. The practice of the Marimba will generate tourist activity to revalue the cultural identity, increase the tourist offer and preserve the tradition of this dance to contribute to the tourism of the Esmeraldas canton. First, it is important to identify the dependent and independent variables that contribute to the research as theoretical support of the project that are based on the interpretation of culture, intangible heritage, ancestral manifestations, marimba, tourist destination, tourism products and tourist attraction for orientation and development of the same. To carry out this project, the quantitative-qualitative research methodology was used. The methods used were inductive - deductive and analytical - synthetic to know the problems of the canton by observing reality. The techniques and tools that were used were the surveys of the local population, national and foreign tourists visiting the Esmeraldas canton. The solution is to describe how the practice of Marimba will generate tourism activity in it, increasing education in ancestral knowledge in the institutions of education, realization of comparsas with the population and tourists who do not know about the dance of the Marimba, increase the tourist offer of the canton. We recommend that governments, entities and competent institutions carry out an inclusive participation for the preservation of the traditions and customs of the black race, recovering their cultural identity	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Práctica de la Marimba como atractivo turístico en el cantón Esmeraldas, provincia de Esmeraldas se ve la necesidad de identificar la poca valorización de las tradiciones y costumbres de la raza negra. La práctica de la Marimba generará actividad turística para revalorizar la identidad cultural, incrementar la oferta turística y conservar la tradición de esta danza para aporte al turismo del cantón Esmeraldas. Primero, es importante identificar las variables dependientes e independientes que aporten en la investigación como sustentos teóricos del proyecto que se basen en la interpretación de cultura, patrimonio inmaterial, manifestaciones ancestrales, marimba, destino turístico, productos turístico y atractivo turístico para la orientación y desarrollo del mismo. Para realizar este proyecto se utilizó la metodología de investigación de tipo cuantitativa-cualitativa. Los métodos utilizados fueron inductivo - deductivo y analítico - sintético para conocer los problemas del cantón mediante la observación de la realidad. Las técnicas y herramientas que se utilizaron fueron las encuestas a la población local, turistas nacionales y extranjeros que visitan el cantón Esmeraldas. Se plantea la solución de describir como la práctica de la Marimba generará actividad turística en el mismo incrementando la educación en saberes ancestrales en las instituciones de educación, realización de comparsas con la población y turistas que desconocen sobre la danza de la marimba, aumentar la oferta turística del cantón. Recomendamos que los gobiernos, entidades e instituciones competentes realicen una participación inclusiva para la preservación de las tradiciones y costumbres de la raza negra recuperando su identidad cultural	es_ES
