dc.description	The main objective of the investigation is to know the production process that is carried out in the organization, being the main one affected by the various inconveniences that originate at certain times within the entity, affecting the quantity and quality of the product, a full analysis through a theoretical reference to the most common causes that induce such setbacks. A qualitative research modality was used since it allows observing the conditions and particularities of the activities that originate the problems in the entity. In the same way, a field investigation was carried out confidentially acquiring information from the workers; the deductive method was used, resorting to formal interviews with certain administrators to be aware of the efficient and deficient actions of the company. The production process of the company has been affected by certain situations that are negative for it, causing the entity to not develop efficiently, due to a production management with flaws that makes it impossible to make the most of the resources it has the banana tree The agricultural company Doña Licenia accelerates the time of harvest of the fruit, in addition the administrators show disinterest in keeping the plantations healthy. The poor operation of the machinery is another of the most common problems in the company. There are shortcomings of human talent because the company performs a poor recruitment process, also, some of the workers do not have the necessary training for the functions that are executed in the entity	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El objetivo principal de la investigación es conocer el proceso de producción que se realiza en la organización, siendo este el principal afectado por los diversos inconvenientes que se originan en ciertos momentos dentro de la entidad, afectando la cantidad y calidad del producto, se ejecuta un análisis íntegro mediante una referencia teórica a las causas más comunes que inducen a dichas contrariedades. Se empleó una modalidad de investigación cualitativa ya que permite observar las condiciones y particularidades de las actividades que originan los problemas en la entidad. De igual forma se efectuó una investigación de campo adquiriendo de manera confidencial información de los trabajadores; se utilizó el método deductivo, recurriendo a entrevistas formales con ciertos administradores para estar al tanto de las acciones eficientes y deficientes de la empresa. El proceso de producción de la empresa se ha visto afectado por ciertas situaciones que son negativas para la misma ocasionando que la entidad no se desarrolle de una manera eficiente, debido a una administración de la producción con falencias que imposibilita aprovechar al máximo los recursos que posee la bananera. La empresa agrícola Doña Licenia acelera el tiempo de cosecha de la fruta, además los administradores muestran desinterés en mantener saludables las plantaciones. El deficiente funcionamiento de las maquinarias es otro de los problemas más comunes en la empresa. Existen falencias de talento humano porque la empresa realiza un proceso de reclutamiento deficiente, también, algunos de los trabajadores no cuentan con capacitación necesaria para las funciones que se ejecutan en la entidad	es_ES
