dc.description	The present case study has as its origin the analysis of the control implemented by AGRIPAZ in income and expenses, identifying the problems that affect its profitability. The study was carried out applying the deductive methodology, based on the information collected during the interview, addressed to the owner manager and his secretary with objective questions that allow detecting the flaws in the Commercial. The problems found lie in the absence of a control on the income and expenses that are generated in the Commercial, due to the lack of adequate tools and personnel. It was concluded that there is a lack of proper control and registration of the revenues and expenses of the Commercial, causing a mishandling of its operations	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio de caso tiene como origen el análisis del control implementado por AGRIPAZ en los ingresos y gastos, identificando las problemáticas que afectan su rentabilidad. El estudio se realizó aplicando la metodología deductiva, basándose en la información recopilada durante la entrevista, dirigida al gerente propietario y su secretaria con preguntas objetivas que permitan detectar las falencias en el Comercial. Las problemáticas encontradas radican en la inexistencia de un control en los ingresos y gastos que se generan en el Comercial, debido a la falta de herramientas y personal debidamente adecuado. Se concluyó que es existente la falta de un correcto control y registro de los ingresos y gastos del Comercial, ocasionando un mal manejo en sus operaciones	es_ES
