dc.description	The present research work was carried out at the Banana Leche y Miel with the objective of obtaining information and, above all, knowledge about the agronomic management of black sigatoka in organic banana cultivation and disseminating which phytosanitary controls should be carried out. Among the general methods that were applied to the study, the deductive and inductive methods were used for this investigation, because the hypothesis was raised and verified throughout the development of the research in order to reach the conclusions and recommendations of the work. In the interview with the banana owner, it was learned that the phytosanitary effects for the management of sigatoka in an organic banana farm are different and that he, along with his technicians and workers take all the necessary measures to control the incidence of this disease, performing all phytosanitary practices from the identification of the first stages of the disease to the control with the fungicide because the banana crop requires. It is of vital importance that all personnel working in the milk and honey farm have the appropriate knowledge for the management of each of the activities that are carried out on this farm and especially the importance of each of them that contribute in the management and control of the sigatoka	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado en la Bananera Leche y Miel con el objetivo de obtener información y sobre todo conocimiento sobre el manejo agronómico de la sigatoka negra en el cultivo de banano orgánico y difundir cuales son los controles fitosanitarios que se deben realizar. Dentro de los métodos generales que se aplicaron al estudio, a esta investigación se utilizaron los métodos deductivo e inductivo, debido que la hipótesis se plantearon y comprobaron en todo el desarrollo de la investigación con el propósito de llegar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo. En la entrevista realizada al dueño de la bananera se pudo conocer que las afectaciones fitosanitarias para el manejo de la sigatoka en una finca de producción banano orgánico son diferentes y que el, junto con sus técnicos y trabajadores toman todas las medidas necesarias para poder controlar la incidencia de esta enfermedad, realizando todas las practicas fitosanitarias desde la identificación de los primeras estadios de la enfermedad hasta el control con el fungicida debido que el cultivo de banano requiere. Es de vital importancia que todo el personal que trabaja en la finca leche y miel tenga el conocimiento apropiado para el manejo de cada una de las actividades que en esta finca se realizan y sobre todo la importancia de cada una de ellas que aportan en el manejo y control de la sigatoka	es_ES
