dc.description	The following research paper tries to describe the relevant need to create an opinion space on Fluminense Fm radio in the city of Babahoyo. Because it would be of great importance a social section where citizens can express their requirements to the competent authorities, and give answers to the community. To improve and enrich the public opinion spaces in general, this project that has investigated and analyzed it will contribute to the social, economic, and political development of our Canton and its surroundings, where we find basic needs that the community is lacking. The initiative stems from experience as a student of the social communication career. By knowing the influence of the radio station in question, and thus, promoting the participation of the inhabitants of the Babahoyo Canton, about the social problems that arise in certain sectors of the Canton. The investigation that was applied was the interview which we conducted in the city of Babahoyo, to those who are part of the radial space, an important element in the development of the Babahoyense community, it should be emphasized that within a means of radial communication rather than a mass media and interrelations must exist the perspective of citizen opinión	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El siguiente trabajo de investigación, trata de constatar la necesidad de crear un espacio de opinión en radio Fluminense Fm de la ciudad de Babahoyo; Debido que sería de gran importancia una sección social donde la ciudadanía pueda expresar a las autoridades competentes sus requerimientos, y dar respuestas a la comunidad. Para mejorar y enriquecer los espacios de opinión de la ciudadanía en general , este proyecto investigado y analizado va a contribuir al desarrollo social, económico, y político de nuestro Cantón y sus alrededores, donde encontramos necesidades básicas que la comunidad tiene carencia. La iniciativa surge de la experiencia como estudiante de la carrera de comunicación social. Al conocer la influencia que posee la emisora en mención, y así, promover la participación de los habitantes del Cantón Babahoyo, acerca de los problemas sociales que se presentan en determinados sectores del Cantón. La investigación que se aplicó fue la entrevista el cual realizamos en la ciudad de Babahoyo, a los que forman parte del espacio radial, un elemento importante en el desarrollo de la comunidad babahoyense, cabe recalcar que dentro de un medio de comunicación radial más que un medio masivo y de interrelaciones debe existir la perspectiva de la opinión ciudadana	es_ES
