dc.description	The research carried out at the CONYTEX company in the city of Babahoyo dedicated to the commercial activity of selling clothing for children and adults, which demonstrates weaknesses in administrative management, for which the objective of the work is to analyze the inadequate system of inventory planning and control that the company has, because there are problems with the provisioning and rotation of stocks. The methodology is made up of the type of descriptive research, the inductive method was also applied, together with the interview technique and instrument for data collection. The results demonstrate poor inventory planning and control, there is no classification method, the lack of trained professionals	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La investigación realizada en la empresa CONYTEX de la ciudad de Babahoyo dedicada a la actividad comercial de venta de prendas de vestir para niños y adultos, misma que demuestra debilidades en la gestión administrativa, por el cual el objetivo del trabajo es analizar el inadecuado sistema de planificación y control de inventario que tiene la empresa, debido a que existen problemas con el aprovisionamiento y rotación de existencias. La metodología está conformada por el tipo de investigación descriptiva, también se aplicó el método inductivo, en conjunto con la técnica de entrevista e instrumento para la recolección de datos.
