dc.description	The research was carried out in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Baba Canton, an institution in charge of providing welfare to the citizens of the town, which demonstrates weaknesses in its management, for this reason the objective of the work is to know what elements influence the levels of efficiency of the public servants of the Department of Human Talent because there have been problems that prevent obtaining optimum levels of efficiency. The methodology constituted by the type of descriptive research, the deductive method was applied, together with the survey technique and instrument for data collection. The results demonstrate the non-implementation of management indicators, an inadequate control of assistance, the non-application of a disciplinary regime	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La investigación se efectuó en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Baba, institución encargada de proveer bienestar a los ciudadanos de la localidad, misma que demuestra debilidades en su gestión, por tal motivo el objetivo del trabajo es conocer que elementos influyen en los niveles de eficiencia de los servidores públicos del departamento de Talento Humano debido que se han detectado inconvenientes que impiden la obtención de niveles óptimos de eficiencia. La metodología constituida por el tipo de investigación descriptiva, se aplicó el método deductivo, en conjunto con la técnica de encuesta e instrumento para la recolección de datos.
