dc.description	The main objective of this research is to determine how the evidence of xenophobic acts is causing a disturbance as far as the mood and behavioral status of Venezuelan migrants is concerned. To this end, the research aims to make a scientific contribution to have a basis as to decrease Xenophobic acts against migrants are causing psychological damage from social interaction with the Babahoyense community. In which the present exploration after the application of the different methodologies applied throughout the investigation, it is possible to verify an evident problem which raises a mechanism of help both for the citizens and for the affected migrants; that is to say, it is intended to work with the victim and the offender, through the use of strategies to reduce xenophobic acts and reduction of symptoms through the use of cognitive behavioral and emotional techniques	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El aporte de esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar como el indicio de actos xenofóbicos está causando una perturbación en cuanto el estado anímico y conductual de los migrantes venezolanos, con este fin la investigación pretende realizar un aporte científico para tener una base en cuanto, disminuir los actos xenófobos en contra de los migrantes está causando daños psicológicos de interacción social con la colectividad babahoyense. En cual la presente exploración tras la aplicación de las distintas metodologías aplicadas a lo largo de la investigación, se logra constatar una problemática evidente la cual se plantea un mecanismo de ayuda tanto para los ciudadanos y como para los migrantes afectados; es decir se pretende trabajar con la víctima y el victimario, mediante el uso de estrategias para reducir los actos xenofóbicos y reducción de síntomas mediante el uso de técnicas cognitivas conductuales y emotivas	es_ES
