dc.description	The purpose of this case study is to determine the reasons why the Department of the Secretary General has a poor resolution capacity. The sub-line of research that was used is “Models of Administrative Management”, for this research work the method of inductive research was applied, a project that was carried out because in this area of the university there are problems related to the poor management of communication internal, which significantly affects their functions and the users who come there, people who come to this section due to ignorance of the functions that the secretariat fulfills, an action that harms the work environment, the relationship between company - client (user) and the corporate image of the institution	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Este caso de estudio tiene como finalidad determinar las causas por las que el Departamento de Secretaria General posee una capacidad de resolución deficiente. La sublínea de investigación que se utilizó es “Modelos de Gestión Administrativa”, para este trabajo investigativo se aplicó el método de investigación inductivo, proyecto que se lo realizó porque en esta área de la universidad se presentan problemas relacionados con la mala gestión de la comunicación interna, lo que afecta de manera significativa a sus funciones y a los usuarios que allí acuden, personas que llegan a esta sección por desconocimiento de las funciones que la secretaría cumple, acción que perjudica el clima laboral, la relación entre empresa – cliente(usuario) y la imagen corporativa de la institución	es_ES
