dc.description	This research is generated by a problem experienced by a 17-year-old adolescent of the Babahuyus Educational Unit, with the theme of study “Revelation (Outing) as a process of social acceptance of gender” in which emotional changes, anxiety are presented, worries and fears. Process that affects the personal, family and social area. For the collection of necessary and useful information for the study, it will be done through the management of medical records, semi-structured psychological interviews and the application of psychometric tests and projective tests, which will lead to a certain diagnosis in turn the data that obtained will contribute significantly to know the experiences, beliefs and perceptions experienced by both the family and adolescent system of a certain gender. For the management and possible solutions of this problem, it is appropriate to use a Systemic Family Therapy approach to improve assertive communication between each of the members who belong to the family and do not be afraid to talk about the sexual orientation of the patient and the Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy for the modification of irrational beliefs that is had by certain sexual orientation	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación se genera por una problemática que vive un adolescente de 17 años de edad de la Unidad Educativa Babahuyus, teniendo como tema de estudio “Revelación (Outing) como proceso de aceptación social del género” en el que se presentan cambios emocionales, ansiedad, preocupaciones y temores. Proceso que afecta el área personal, familiar y social. Para la recopilación de información necesaria y útil para el estudio se la hará por medio del manejo de historia clínicas, entrevista psicológica semi-estructurada y aplicación de pruebas psicométricas y prueba proyectiva, las mismas que conducirán a un determinado diagnóstico a su vez los datos que se obtienen contribuirán significativamente para conocer las vivencias, creencias y percepciones que experimenta tanto el sistema familiar y el adolescente de determinado género. Para el manejo y posibles soluciones de la presente problemática es adecuada la utilización de un enfoque de Terapia Familiar Sistémica para mejorar la comunicación asertiva entre cada uno de los integrantes que pertenecen a la familia y no tengan temor al hablar acerca de la orientación sexual del paciente y la Terapia Conductual Emotiva Racional para la modificación de creencias irracionales que se tiene por determinada orientación sexual	es_ES
