dc.description	The present case study will be detected in the Type “A” Health Center “Las Malvinas”, with the purpose of knowing the factors that have a negative impact on the care and service addressed to the patients of this public health institution. The descriptive research typology was implemented. The research methods applied were inductive and deductive, since the use of qualitative and quantitative information was required respectively for the development and interpretation of the information embodied in this case. The results of the research were that in the health center there are not enough medical professionals to meet the large population demand of patients in the sector and also the lack of medicines	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio de caso se desarrolló en el Centro de Salud Tipo A - “Las Malvinas”, con el propósito de conocer los factores que repercuten de manera negativa en la atención y servicio dirigido a los pacientes de esta institución de salud pública. Se implementó la tipología de investigación descriptiva. Los métodos de investigación aplicados fueron inductivo y deductivo, dado que se requirió el uso de información de tipo cualitativa y cuantitativa respectivamente para el desarrollo e interpretación de la información plasmada en este caso. Los resultados obtenidos de la investigación fueron que en el centro de salud no hay suficientes profesionales médicos para atender a la gran demanda poblacional de pacientes del sector y también la falta de medicamentos	es_ES
