dc.description	The present case study developed based on the study of the logistics management of the Jorua Importer in the city of Babahoyo, is carried out based on the parameters of the quantitative research and under the research sub-line: “administrative management model. The objective of this case was to: Analyze the logistic processes that are executed in order to detect the shortcomings and deficiencies that arise from the logistics management in the importer. dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio de caso desarrollado en base al estudio de la gestión logística de la Importadora Jorua de la ciudad de Babahoyo, se efectuó en base a los parámetros de la investigación cuantitativa y bajo la sublinea de investigación: “modelo de gestión administrativa. El objetivo de este caso fue: Analizar los procesos logísticos que se ejecutan con el fin de detectar las falencias y deficiencias que se deriven de la gestión logística en la importadora. Los resultados obtenidos de la investigación fueron los siguientes: deficiencias en el control de los inventarios, no se emplean pronósticos de ventas o también denominado forescasting, falta de un manual de procedimientos logísticos, carencia de un software de gestión contable y logística integral	es_ES
