The present work consisted in the elaboration of the multiplication of mycorrhizal fungi, using for this purpose the artisanal system. Which this process will benefit the roots of the host plant, producing greater root development and increasing the exploratory capacity of the root, since through this process aggregates are formed in the soil by the adhesion of the particles and which increase water retention capacity Mycorrhizae are of great relevance at the time of nutrient absorption, since it directly increases the solubility of phosphorus and captures nitrogen from organic matter. In order to carry out this process, three main steps are basically needed: a) mycorrhiza collection; b) extraction of mycorrhizae; c) mycorrhiza inoculation in host plants. Taking into account that there are two ways to extract mycorrhizae, and this will depend on the method they use. Taking into account what was developed and investigated in this work, it was concluded that the most efficient method with the highest percentage of obtaining positive results is the realization of this process through a laboratory. Considering that farmers emphasize the fertility of their agricultural soils as the main factor it is recommended: to carry out a microbial analysis so that in this way we know what type of mycorrhizal fungus we have present in our soils in order to extend its population percentage.es_ES
