dc.description	This research has been carried out in order to know about the influx of tourists in the season of Regatas in the Vinces River of the city of Vinces and the contribution that it has provided to local, provincial and national development to raise awareness about the problematic that appears in this panorama regarding the tourist subject, since this activity generates quite considerable income and nevertheless it is not used in a good way. For this research has been used various types, methods and techniques of research, which helped to have a clear idea about the tourist resources that counts the canton Vinces, for it has been used bibliographic research, the same that allows to verify In a more specific way with previous research, it should be noted that the inductive-deductive method was also used, which allowed us to pay closer attention to the object of study. With the results obtained in the research carried out in this case study, it was possible to analyze more closely the object of study and reach the conclusion that it is necessary to carry out a tourism planning together with the Municipality in order to give greater emphasis and Another approach to this festival that takes place every year, making this tourism planning, is to make better use of resources, improving the quality of life of each of the citizens of Vince.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación se ha efectuado con el fin de conocer sobre la afluencia de turistas en la temporada de Regatas en el Río Vinces de la ciudad de Vinces y el aporte que el mismo ha proporcionado al desarrollo local, provincial y nacional de dar a conocer sobre la problemática que se presenta en este panorama en cuanto al tema turístico, puesto que esta actividad genera ingresos bastantes considerables y sin embargo no se lo aprovecha de una buena manera. Para esta investigación se ha utilizado varios tipos, métodos y técnicas de la investigación, los mismos que ayudaron a tener una idea clara sobre los recursos turísticos que cuenta el cantón Vinces, para ello se ha utilizado la investigación bibliográfica, la misma que permite constatar de una manera más específica con investigaciones realizadas anteriormente, cabe recalcar que también se utilizó el método inductivo-deductivo el cual permitió prestar atención al objeto de estudio de forma más cercana. Con los resultados obtenidos en la investigación realizada en este estudio de caso se pudo analizar de manera más cercana al objeto de estudio y llegar a la conclusión de que es necesario realizar una planificación turística junto a la Municipalidad con el fin de dar un mayor realce y otro enfoque a esta festividad que se realiza año a año, realizando esta planificación turística, se pretende aprovechar mejor los recursos, mejorando la calidad de vida de cada uno de los ciudadanos vinceños.	es_ES
