| dc.description | SUMMARY The present work was carried out in twelve banana plantations belonging to the canton of Baba, province of Los Ríos. The geographic coordinates of the sector evaluated were: 1 ° 47'00.9 "S - 79 ° 41'05.3" W. This shows regular topography and an altitude of 8 masl. The present experimental work is part of a descriptive research, which aims to categorize and compare the technological level in the banana production systems, identifying which of the systems is the most optimal and profitable. The methods of Field Research will be used, which consists in the systematic analysis of problems of reality, with the purpose of either describing them, interpreting them, understanding their nature and constituent factors. It is based on the study that allows the real participation of the researcher or researchers, from the same place where the facts occur, the problem, the phenomenology under consideration. Cluster Banano AS (2016) mentions the Ecuadorian production grew due to the application of new technologies. These tools allowed, minimize the amount of resources used in the processes. | dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN El presente trabajo serealizo en doce bananeras pertenecientes al cantón Baba, provincia de Los Ríos. Las coordenadas geográficas del sector evaluado fueron: 1°47'00.9"S - 79°41'05.3"W. Esta muestra topografía regular y una altitud de 8 msnm. El presente trabajo expeprimental se enmarca en una investigación descriptiva, que pretende categorizar y comparar el nivel tecnológico en los sistemas de producción bananeros, identificando cuál de los sistemas es el más óptimo y rentable. Se utilizarán los métodos de la Investigación de Campo, que consiste en el análisis sistemático de problemas de la realidad, con el propósito bien sea de describirlos, interpretarlos entender su naturaleza y factores constituyentes. Se basa en el estudio que permite la participación real del investigador o los investigadores, desde el mismo lugar donde ocurren los hechos, el problema, la fenomenología en consideración. Clúster Banano AS (2016) menciona la producción ecuatoriana creció debido a la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías. Estas herramientas permitieron, minimizar la cantidad de recursos empleados en los procesos. Por ejemplo, gracias a los sistemas de riegos, drenaje, y los cablevías (que facilitan el traslado del plátano), se puede contar con un solo trabajador por hectárea que produce 3 mil cajas de bananos, mientras que, en los sistemas antiguos, también llamados tradicionales, se necesitaban hasta cinco trabajadores por hectárea que producían en promedio mil cajas. Se realizó un diagnóstico general que incluye indicadores básicos de la implementación de la tecnología en áreas del campo, manejo en la plantación y en el área de empaque con particular profundización en la tecnología con la que cuenta las fincas bananeras, para lo cual se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, utilizando como instrumento un cuestionario aplicado a los propietarios o administradores de las plantaciones bananeras seleccionadas. | es_ES |
