dc.description	The present investigative work tries to collaborate on the reality of the students of the Educational Unit José María Velasco Ibarra, this group has been chosen for the present work because the characteristic of its age allows to extract the information about the intrafamiliar violence. Through the analysis of the author's part, it will be possible to determine the impact on the academic maladjustment of each student, understanding that these experiences mark their lives with short and long-term consequences in the development of their personality, preparing the teacher to face this type of situation , and know how to use the best strategies to help both the child and the family members. For this reason it is important that the teacher, parents and institutions know the Childhood and Adolescence Code, the same that is relevant to prescribe the actions of care and protection of the child, since in the country this law protects the compliance with their rights and duties, with this premise will be understood the responsibility of the teacher not only as representative of knowledge but also their social responsibility. The process for the collection of information has been based on the application of surveys to parents, direct observation of students in their classrooms, interviews with teachers, managers and psychology staff. As a solution, it is proposed to help parents, since violence is physical or psychological, so responsibility as an Educational Institution is manifested through guidance and communication with representatives and activities to solve This problem is directed towards them.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo investigativo intenta colaborar sobre la realidad de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa José María Velasco Ibarra, se ha escogido a este grupo para el presente trabajo porque la característica de su edad permite extraer la información acerca de la violencia intrafamiliar. A través del análisis de parte del autor se podrá determinar su incidencia en la inadaptación escolar de cada estudiante entendiendo que estas experiencias marcan sus vidas con consecuencias a corto y largo plazo en el desarrollo de su personalidad, preparando al docente para enfrentar este tipo de situaciones, y saber emplear las mejores estrategias para ayudar tanto al niño como a los miembros de la familia. Por esta razón es importante que el Docente, Padres de familia y las instituciones conozcan el Código de la Niñez y la adolescencia, el mismo que es pertinente para prescribir las acciones de cuidado y protección del menor, ya que en el país esta ley ampara el cumplimiento de sus derechos y deberes, con esta premisa se entenderá la responsabilidad del docente no solo como representante de conocimientos sino también su responsabilidad social. El proceso para la recolección de la información ha sido en base a la aplicación de encuestas a los padres de familia, observación directa a los estudiantes en sus aulas de clases, entrevistas a docentes, directivos y al personal de psicología. Como solución se plantea ayudar a los padres y madres de familia ya que de ellos florece la violencia ya sea física o psicológica, por lo que la responsabilidad como Institución Educativa se manifiesta a través de la guía y comunicación con los representantes y las actividades para solucionar este problema están encauzadas hacia ellos.	es_ES
