dc.description	The present project seeks to diagnose the tourism infrastructure and socio-economic opportunities of the Quinta el Pedregal in the Balsapamba parish, San Miguel Canton, Bolívar Province, in order to propose improvements in the tourist offer and in this way promote tourism as one of the main sources of income for those involved in tourism activities. The project exposes tourism as one of the potential socio-economic activities in continuous growth, considered one of the largest industries worldwide. The entities responsible for providing services must consider the importance of adapting the infrastructure of their establishments in order to meet the needs of tourists, and therefore generate a greater demand for visitors, which motivate the population to create ventures that contribute to economic growth, quality of life and social welfare. For the development of the research a scientific methodology was used, different techniques and methods are applied for the collection of information that facilitate the collection of significant data, through surveys made to the Administrator of the Quinta El Pedregal and the Political Chief of the parish Balsapamba As the result of the investigation it is evident that the Quinta el Pedregal does not have an efficient tourism infrastructure due to the scarce budget to invest in remodeling and therefore does not contribute to the socioeconomic development of the population.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto busca realizar un diagnóstico de la Infraestructura turística y las oportunidades socioeconómicas de la Quinta el Pedregal en la parroquia Balsapamba, Cantón San Miguel, Provincia Bolívar, con el fin de proponer mejoras en la oferta turística y de esta manera fomentar el turismo como una de las principales fuentes de ingresos para los involucrados de las actividades turísticas. El proyecto expone al turismo como una de las actividades socioeconómicas potenciales en continuo crecimiento, considerada una de las mayores industrias a nivel mundial. Las entidades encargadas de brindar servicios deben considerar la importancia de adecuar la infraestructura de sus establecimientos con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades de los turistas, y por ende generar una mayor demanda de visitantes, que motiven a la población a la creación de emprendimientos que contribuyan al crecimiento económico, la calidad de vida y el bienestar social. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se empleó una metodología científica, se aplican diferentes técnicas y métodos para la recolección de información que facilitan la recopilación de datos significativos, a través de encuestas realizadas al Administrador de la Quinta el Pedregal y al Jefe Político de la parroquia Balsapamba. Como el resultado de la investigación se evidencia que la Quinta el Pedregal no cuenta con una eficiente infraestructura turística debido al escaso presupuesto para invertir en remodelaciones y por ende no contribuye al desarrollo socioeconómico dela población.	es_ES
