| dc.description.abstract | Actualmente, las organizaciones han presentado un cambio progresivo a partir del cual el talento humano, se ha convertido en un punto de preocupación; ya que ahora se toman en cuenta las acciones de los empleados, es decir, cómo se sienten en su lugar de trabajo y como es el desempeño que realizan dentro de una institución. Desde hace un tiempo atrás las empresas se centran a contribuir con la mejora continua del desempeño laboral de los empleados y por ende aumentar la productividad a través de incentivos y otras medidas eficientes.
