dc.description	The present investigative work is based on the feasibility of a recreational complex for the development of tourism, obtaining as a positive result the study of feasible for the creation of the same which would have a positive contribution for the social, economic and touristic development of the Parish Fluminense, allowing the inhabitants to have a progress. For a good social, economic and tourist change the inhabitants and authorities have as a responsibility the transformation that contribute positively to our Parish, allowing to improve the tourist situation with expectations that allow us to advance as a Parish. The conclusion of this research work determines that the feasibility study has a great contribution so that the authorities or some inhabitant are interested in investing and developing this project so that it has a change in the social, economic and touristic environment.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo investigativo está fundamentado en la factibilidad de un complejo recreacional para el desarrollo del turismo, obteniendo como resultado positivo el estudio de factible para la creación del mismo el mismo que tendría un aporte positivo para el desarrollo social ,económico y turístico de la Parroquia fluminense, permitiendo que los habitantes tenga un progreso. Para un buen cambio social, económico y turístico los habitantes y autoridades tiene como responsabilidad incentivar a la transformación que aporte positivamente a nuestra Parroquia, permitiendo mejorar la situación turística con expectativas que permitan avanzar como Parroquia. La conclusión de este trabajo de investigación determina que el estudio de factibilidad tiene un gran aporte para que las autoridades o habitante se interesen en invertir y desarrollar este proyecto para que tenga un cambio en el ámbito social, económico y turístico.	es_ES
