dc.description	In the following work was developed based on a unique case of drug use in a state of abstinence where the participation of the family in the sector 5 corners of the city of Babahoyo, Province of Los Ríos, where the method was used exploratory in a first approach to the problem of study a superficial level of knowledge. Likewise, the clinical method was used when diagnosing the patient, following the corresponding steps the disease and its impact on the family, community and society in general are demonstrated, within the techniques the Semi-Structured interview, the direct observation, is evidenced that relied on the instruments of: format of questions, clinical history, test (Test of detection of alcohol consumption, tobacco and substances (ASSIST) Dr. Luis Alfonzo). After the case analysis and the intervention that was carried out; Valuation was obtained according to the ICD 10 International Classification of Diseases, Carlos presents withdrawal syndrome due to the use of psychoactive substances F1x.3. According to the exploration of the case, it can be noted that the family tries to work as a team to counteract Carlos' problems and is very aware of how he works at home and abroad, to avoid any risk factor I play Carlos’s recovery. It is proposed: a family therapeutic plan or program, which consists of being an integral and interdisciplinary approach to the patient, orienting it towards complete abstinence. With the idea of strengthening the team work of the members of the household and at the same time training parents to play the role of co-therapists, with appropriate strategies and aimed at improving their process of abandonment of substances; In this way, the rehabilitated will feel the inclusion of social and family type for his quick and successful recovery	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En el siguiente trabajo se desarrolló en base a un caso único de consumo de drogas en estado de abstinencia en donde se valoró la participación de la familia en el sector 5 esquinas de la ciudad de Babahoyo, Provincia de los Ríos, donde se utilizó el método exploratorio en un primer acercamiento al problema de estudio un nivel superficial de conocimiento. Así mismo se utilizó el método clínico al diagnosticar al paciente, siguiendo los pasos correspondientes se evidencia la enfermedad y su impacto en la familia, comunidad y sociedad en general, dentro de las técnicas se evidencia la entrevista Semi- Estructurada, la observación directa, misma que se apoyó en los instrumentos de: formato de preguntas, historia clínica, test (Prueba de detección de consumo de alcohol, tabaco y sustancias (ASSIST) Dr. Luis Alfonzo). Luego del análisis de caso y la intervención que se llevó a cabo; se obtuvo la valorización de acuerdo a la CIE 10 Clasificación Internacional De Enfermedades, Carlos presenta Síndrome de abstinencia por consumo de sustancias psicoactivas F1x.3. de acuerdo a la exploración del caso se puede notar que la familia trata de trabajar en equipo para contrarrestar los problemas de Carlos y están muy al pendiente de como Él se desenvuelve en casa y fuera de ella, para evitar algún factor de riesgo que ponga en juego la recuperación de Carlos. Se propone: de un plan o programa terapéutico familiar, el cual consiste en ser un abordaje integral y de interdisciplinar al paciente, orientándolo hacia la abstinencia completa .Con la idea de afianzar el trabajo en equipo de los miembros del hogar y a las vez entrenar a los padres para que ejerzan el rol de coterapeutas , con estrategias adecuadas y orientadas al perfeccionamiento en su proceso de abandono de sustancias ; de esta manera el rehabilitado sentirá la inclusión de tipo social y familiar para su pronta y exitosa recuperación	es_ES
