| dc.description | With the sanctification of the users, the quality of the web service offered by the institution will be obtained, for a company, organization and educational institution, it is an indispensable resource to provide an efficient, quality and up-to-date service, this makes it stand out in its objectives, scope and goals that have proposed, the research work done to users of the Technical University of Babahoyo addressed to the registration system (SAIUTB), is a large number of users who make daily use of the processes and services offered by the website. For this research project will provide us with significant knowledge by conducting a descriptive research, we visualize the reality of the problems we encounter when we get the different opinions of users through observation, we will know the different processes performed with their due attention to demonstrate the attention of each of them in the questions mentioned. The results that we obtained in the investigation are the sample of the analysis made of the situation that is currently experienced in the registration processes for the inconvenience issued by the users of the registration system (SAIUTB), and the opportunities for improvement regarding the development of an architecture using HAProxy and a load balancing algorithm to improve the web server and provide an efficient service at the Technical University of Babahoyo. With this work, the engineering processes are approved by applying computer technologies to improve the quality of service. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Con la santificación de los usuarios se obtendrá la calidad del servicio web que brinda la institución, para una empresa, organización e institución educativa, es un recurso indispensable brindar un servicio eficiente, calidad y actualizado, esto hace que resalte en sus objetivos, alcances y metas que tienen propuestos, el trabajo de investigación realizado a los usuarios de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo dirigido al sistema de matriculación (SAIUTB), es un gran número de usuarios que hacen uso a diario de los procesos y servicios que ofrece dicho sitio web. Para este proyecto de investigación nos aportara con respectivos conocimientos significativos realizando una investigación descriptiva, visualizamos la realidad de los problemas que nos encontramos al momento de obtener las diferentes opiniones de los usuarios a través de la observación, conoceremos los diferentes procesos que realiza con su debida atención para demostrar la atención de cada uno de ellos en las preguntas mencionadas. Los resultados que obtuvimos en la investigación son la muestra del análisis realizado de la situación que se vive en la actualidad en los procesos de matriculación por las molestias emitida por los usuarios del sistema de matriculación (SAIUTB), y las oportunidades de mejorar en cuanto al desarrollo de una arquitectura utilizando HAProxy y un algoritmo de balanceo de carga para así mejorar el servidor web y brindar un servicio eficiente en la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo. Con este trabajo se aprueba los procesos de la ingeniería aplicando tecnologías informáticas, para mejorar la calidad de servicio. | es_ES |
