| dc.description | In a market as demanding as the current one, companies seek to make improvements to be more competitive. Management controls are an important factor in the economy of companies to achieve this goal and thus be more efficient. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain an efficient financial management, due that in the absence of adequate controls in a company, this causes an increase in costs, deficiencies in their processes and loss of customers causing low income sales, expenses generated by breach of contracts, in addition to dissatisfaction of the client causes a negative image of the company. The present case is focused on the management control of the company Altec S.A located in the Babahoyo county of Los Ríos province, is dedicated to the sale of materials raw materials such as aluminum and glass and the manufacture of showcases, hangers and windows and doors. What is pursued with the realization of the case is to know the weaknesses in the financial management of the company, which causes them to incur a number of deficiencies that could be prevented or corrected in time and thus reduce risks and improve profitability of the industry. The research subline to which the case study is related is the Management of accounting information. The methodology used in this project is of type Exploratory, because during the internship process I was able to know the deficiencies in the management of costs that originate in this company, it is also a field investigation 3 because the whole process is carried out directly in the company, the techniques used in the study is the observation and the interview, these allow me to know the real situation of the problem, identifying the needs of the area. Thus, through this case it has been proposed to have a better vision of the institutional reality of the company, so that the administrators look for the increase of profitability by improving services, modifying strategies, creating policies and regulating the performance of its operators, project the growth of funds available so that it has a balance with the credits that will be offered to customers. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En un mercado tan exigente como el actual, las empresas buscan realizar mejoras para ser más competitivas. Los controles de gestión son un factor importante en la economía de las empresas para lograr este objetivo y así ser más eficiente. Por lo tanto, es necesario que se mantenga una gestión financiera eficiente, debido que al no existir en una empresa los adecuados controles esto provoca un incremento de costos, deficiencias en sus procesos y pérdida de clientes ocasionando bajos ingresos por ventas, gastos generados por incumplimiento de contratos, además que la insatisfacción del cliente causa una imagen negativa de la empresa. El presente caso se encuentra enfocado en el control de gestión de la empresa Altec S.A ubicada en el cantón Babahoyo provincia de Los Ríos, se dedica a la venta de materias primas como aluminio y vidrio y la elaboración de vitrinas, perchas y ventanas y puertas. Lo que se persigue con la realización del caso es conocer las debilidades en la gestión financiera de la empresa, que ocasiona que incurran un sin número de deficiencias que podrían ser prevenidas o corregidas a tiempo y así disminuir los riesgos y mejorar la rentabilidad de la industria. La sublínea de investigación a la que está relacionado el caso de estudio es la Gestión de la información contable. La metodología usado en este proyecto es de tipo Explorativo, porque durante el proceso de pasantías pude conocer las deficiencias en la gestión de costos que se originan en esta empresa, además es una investigación de campo 3 porque todo el proceso se realiza de manera directa en la empresa, las técnicas utilizadas en el estudio es la observación y la entrevista, estas me permiten conocer la situación real del problema, identificando las necesidades del área. Es así que a través de este caso se ha propuesto tener una mejor visión de la realidad institucional de la empresa, para que los administradores busquen el incremento de la rentabilidad mejorando los servicio, modificando las estrategias, creando políticas y normando los desempeños de sus operadores, proyectar el crecimiento de los fondos disponibles para que tenga un equilibrio con los créditos que se va a ofertar a los clientes. | es_ES |
