| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente caso de estudio se desarrolla en la Hacienda Fátima que se encuentra ubicada en el km 2.2 de la vía Baba Tinoco , para esto se realizaron varias visitas tanto a las áreas administrativas como las áreas operativas; para poder obtener la información se diseñaron instrumentos de recolección de información es decir: entrevistas al personal del área administrativa, observación en las áreas operativas, revisión de documentos pertinentes en los cuales se realiza el registro del conteo de cinta que es el sistema de control actual que lleva la hacienda. Para (FERNANDEZ, 2016) “. La diferencia entre una hacienda industrial y una bananera es que se ven afectados sus costos por la proliferación de plagas, cambios climáticos que afectan los costos porque se ven incrementados de gran forma provocando que en muchos casos los proveedores tengan que asumir grandes costos que no compensan los valores pagados” (pág. 17). La hacienda Fátima, objeto del caso de estudio tiene como actividad dedicarse al cultivo, producción y comercialización de la fruta como es el banano. 3 La estructura se encuentra conformada por: una secretaria responsable del área administrativa que es la persona que lleva el control de las cintas que se colocan en las racimas cuando florecen las plantas; un mayordomo quien está encargado de supervisar el área operativa es decir las labores en el campo; quince colaboradores que cumplen actividades de campo es decir los obreros que trabaja dentro de la plantación en la cosecha y post cosecha. La línea de investigación es Gestión de la información contable, cuya metodología usada en este proyecto es Investigación Explorativa de tipo campo porque se utilizó la herramienta de observación además de la entrevista para conocer la real situación del problema antes mencionado, identificando las necesidades del área, una vez resumida la información obtenida a través de esta herramienta se procedió a resumir la Información relevante para consolidar con certeza el desarrollo, ya que este trabajo se convertirá en una aportación al desarrollo organizacional de toda institución que presente esta clase de problemas. | es_ES |
