dc.description	The following report of the research project was carried out in the Integral Center for the Promotion and Employment of Women. (CIPEM), whose theme is: Significant learning and its impact on professional training in cosmetology for students of the CIPEM Artisan Center in the Babahoyo canton, with the aim of making students and teachers aware of the importance of training professionals in the beauty area, which today has a lot of demand in the labor market. According to the work that this specialty generates, we can say that it is of great benefit directly to the students, as well as the teachers of the Integral Center for the Promotion and Employment of Women. dc.description.abstract	El siguiente Informe del Proyecto de investigación se realizó en el Centro Integral de Promoción y Empleo de la Mujer. (CIPEM), cuyo tema es: Aprendizaje significativo y su incidencia en la formación profesional en cosmetología a las estudiantes del Centro Artesanal CIPEM del cantón Babahoyo, con la finalidad de hacerle conocer a las estudiantes y docentes la importancia que tiene la formación de profesionales en el área de belleza, que hoy en día tiene mucha demanda en el mercado laboral. De acuerdo con el trabajo que genera esta especialidad podemos decir que es de gran beneficio de forma directa a los estudiantes, como también los docentes del Centro Integral de Promoción y Empleo de la Mujer. (CIPEM). Se buscó determinar la incidencia del aprendizaje significativo para mejorar la formación profesional en Cosmetología a las estudiantes, se utilizó la encuesta como medio de investigación, así como la observación, concluyendo en el diseño de un manual que permitió tanto a docentes como estudiantes empoderarse de competencias artesanales.	es_ES
